I began this journey with merely a dream. A dream to build not just a company, but a collective driven by three fundamental values.

A space where every voice matters, where mistakes are seen as opportunities for growth rather than grounds for criticism. We aspire to empower our people, to trust their capabilities, to prioritize their personal development and mental well-being – an ongoing journey, but one I've been passionately pursuing since day one.

Secondly, a dedication to our customers and partners: while the foundation of any business lies in mutual benefit, our aim is to achieve a true win-win for all. We strive to balance interests, ensuring that every relationship is built on fairness and protection. We listen intently, empathize with challenges, and extend our support to the best of our ability, fostering progress for everyone, at their own pace, grounded in understanding and compassion.

Thirdly, a responsibility to our community: no individual or entity can thrive in isolation. We firmly believe it is our collective duty to contribute to the well-being of those less fortunate, to support children's education, and to aspire towards building meaningful infrastructure for the community in the long run. I am proud that, starting in 2025, we have already taken our first steps in this direction.

I am incredibly fortunate to have found dedicated individuals who share this vision. Witnessing Silvera Food grow stronger, more resilient, and more loved with each passing month and year has been a deeply rewarding experience. My greatest aspiration is to continue this journey alongside the entire Silvera Food team, writing meaningful chapters together in the years to come.
